Terms of Service

By using Notiken ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Notiken Is

Notiken provides automated trading software that executes trades on your behalf on Polymarket. We do not custody your funds, provide financial advice, or guarantee any trading outcome.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You must be 18+ years old and legally able to use prediction markets in your jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for funds deposited in your Polymarket account.
• You must provide your own Polymarket account and private key.
• You are responsible for all trades executed by the bot on your account.
• You may cancel anytime. Positions remain in your Polymarket wallet.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading prediction markets carries risk of financial loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose all funds deposited. The bot may have bugs, make errors, or fail to execute as intended. Markets may become illiquid or resolve unexpectedly.

4. No Guarantees

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee profits, uptime, or availability. We may experience outages, bugs, or errors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notiken and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

6. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are processed by Stripe. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Private Key Handling

Your Polymarket private key is submitted through our secure HTTPS setup form, stored as a mode-600 file on the host and mounted as a Docker secret into your isolated container, and used only to sign trades on your behalf. We do not log, share, or export your private key. Security is described in detail at /how-it-works.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to reverse-engineer our systems. On termination, your private key is deleted from our servers.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Notiken is operated.
